It’s still very active. Tbh most cod games remain alive way past their life cycle, I can even still hop onto bo4 rn and still find matches in the main modes easily. And with cross play on the recent cod’s they’re less likely to die out now. If you can get MW on sale, I’d definitely say that it’s worth it.
